Day 16: SEQUOIA NATIONAL PARK - YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK (SOUTH ENTRY)

In the morning, after yesterday's long journey from Death Valley to Sequoia, we get up early, ready to start the day with a visit to the Sequoia National Park or Sequoia National Park, an impressive forest full of these ancient and giant trees.
After having breakfast at the Western Holiday Lodge and finding ourselves as new after a few hours of sleep that have seated us wonderfully, we load our backpacks in our rental car in the United States and get going.

We were impressed with the size of the sequoias and we can't stop taking pictures and stopping in all possible places.

One of the essential stops of the Sequoia National Park is the well-known General Sherman, the largest tree in the world which draws attention for its spectacularity, with 84 m high and 11 m in diameter.

This sequoia is in the Giant forest where all the sequoias of the park are concentrated and is the most spectacular part of the park.

After the days we have spent in Las Vegas, these "connections" with nature come in handy.

We leave the Sequoia National Park or Sequoia National Park about 1 noon and we headed to Yosemite, another of the strengths of the trip and the last park we will visit on this trip along the West Coast of the United States.
We arrive at our hotel in Yosemite West and go to dinner at a nearby restaurant, a good plate of pasta and sleep.
