Day 10: BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK - ZION NATIONAL PARK

Today, how could it be less, we continue doing what we have done so far in the whole trip along the West coast of the United States, get up early.
Taking advantage of the location of the Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn at the entrance of Bryce Canyon National Park, at 8 am we are already inside the park, following as always the directions on the map that you give us at the entrance, to start our tour.

The park itself is already impressive and the views that we can see in all the viewpoints to which we are accessing with the rental car in the United States, do not stop leaving us expectant to discover the next ones.

We decided to do one of the trails through Bryce Canyon National Parkrecommended in the globetrotters guide and combining 2 of those marked on the map.

This trail is a combination between the Navajo Trail and the Queen Garden. At first it is all lowered into the interior of the bryce canyon. All impressive (even thinking that everything that goes down afterwards has to go back up !!).

The problem comes when we are wrong on the way, trying to see the two arches that indicate on the map and we begin to climb a slope that has no end and we are running out at every step we take.

In the end we see that it has no way out and we have to go back down, almost cat, to undo all the way traveled and go back up the one we went down. In total 2 exhausting hours of trail, although now, seen over time, it was very worthwhile.

After this and resting for a while, we go to the rest of the park points marked on the map, always with spectacular views until we reach the end of the park from where we already go to the Zion National Park.

Our idea was to visit this park tomorrow, but as we have time, we decided to go in the afternoon and see how the theme is for the next day, thus earning a few hours.
We leave our car in the "visitor" car park and go straight to the Free shuttle to visit Zion National Park. From what we see this is the park that least attracts our attention, so we decided to dedicate the rest of the afternoon to visit and advance half a day the next day.

In theZion National Park we make all the stops we can with the shuttle and we even make a piece of the famous trail Narrows, in which we reach the river, but we do not cross it !!

Late at night we leave theZion National Parkand we went to our hotel, the Canyon Ranch Hotel, to rest and go tomorrow directly to the Grand Canyon, one of the highlights of our trip, earning half a day to our trip.
